Lebanon Baptist Church is a group of people comprised of young and old with a mixture of many backgrounds. We typically meet together twice on Sunday, once in the morning and once in the evening.

If you are thinking about visiting with us, you can learn more about planning your first visit here. We would be honored to have you for any of our services!

Sunday morning is our main gathering and attendance is between 300-350 people. You’ll find people wearing everything from business casual to suits to t-shirts and blue jeans – you come in what is comfortable for you.

9:15 – 10:15

  • Adults – LifeStage Classes meet at 9:15 each Sunday morning.
  • Children – 4yrs – 6th grade, Sunday School classes are offered before the morning service each Sunday.
  • Infants, babies, and toddlers – Nursery care is available for each of our services.

10:30 – 12:00
The main service will consists of a time of singing, reading the Bible, praying together, preaching, and giving.

You’ll find our music to be congregationally focused, which emphasizes the church family singing together, instead of listening to performed music. You’ll find the music to be a blend of old and new with a variety of instruments to assist us as we sing. We aim to sing songs that point us to God’s Word, are full of theological truth, and exalt the person and work of Jesus. Most of us who are comfortable with music from one particular era or style have discovered that we enjoy a variety of songs we may not have previously encountered.

This Sunday

We are serious about learning the Bible and are careful study it together each week so that we rightly understand how it applies in our lives today. We practice what is known as expository preaching – simply taking the point of the Bible passage and making that the point of the message.

At the conclusion of our time, stay around! We encourage individuals to enjoy conversation and get connected with the church family.

5:00 – 6:00
Though not every week, will often meet together on Sunday Evening (contact the office or click here to see). These times are much more of a casual family gathering. There is always a time of singing, and a message that is different from the morning service. Also, during these family times, we will often share in communion, corporate prayer, Scripture reading, and testimonies. It is a wonderful way to end our day in the company of God’s people!

6:30 – 8:00
Our Wednesdays are very informal and vary from week to week depending on the time of year. We will gather for anything from prayer meetings to church-wide cookouts; children’s ministry to special classes for the community; outreach events to small group home Bible studies. During the school year (August – May) the church family will often enjoy dinner together. The date, time, menu and sign up will be posted here.
